Анотація. Від часу розвитку теорій контрперенесення переживання аналітика у процесі терапії набули нового, ключового значення для самого аналізу та його ефективності. У воєнний період, хоча ми здебільшого прагнемо піклуватися про пацієнтів – особливо про тих, кому завдячуємо власною безпекою та життям, тобто військовослужбовців, – однак ми маємо дбати і про себе. Це можливо лише тоді, коли ми прислухаємось до власних переживань у процесі терапії з військовими. Наші почуття і реакції вже на етапі попереднього контакту є надзвичайно інформативними й можуть вказувати на динаміку майбутнього кейсу. Наше тіло, навіть якщо воно здебільшого «вміщене» в екран ноутбука, з перших хвилин передає нам сигнали про перебіг терапевтичного процесу. Ці прояви не слід ігнорувати, навпаки, важливо підкреслювати їхнє значення. Те саме стосується і моментів завершення терапії, яка може обірватися раптово, без попереджень чи подальших зустрічей. Водночас надзвичайно важливо ділитися досвідом власних переживань із колегами, багато з яких із початком війни також почали працювати з військовими. Це сприяє нормалізації, усвідомленню та засвідченню нашого спільного професійного досвіду.
