АФЕКТИВНА ДИНАМІКА НЕВДАЛОГО ВИТИСНЕННЯ

Концепція невдалого витиснення є однією з базових у психоаналітичній теорії. Її суть полягає у тому, що психічний матеріал внаслідок певного внутрішнього конфлікту не зазнає повного витиснення і повертається у свідомість у формі невротичної симптоматики. У статті проводяться паралелі та аналізується взаємозв’язок між концепцією невдалого витиснення та фізіологічним процесом парабіозу. Розуміння процесу парабіозу розширює уявлення терапевта про послідовність розгортання та динаміку невдалого витиснення, виявляє логіку активності несвідомого. Зокрема, зроблено уточнення щодо природи невдалого витиснення – появи бінарного афекту, який одночасно є частково витісненим, а частково усвідомлюється індивідом. Психологічна проблема полягає у тому, що індивід не здатен когнітивно й емоційно пов’язати ці частини між собою, втрачає цілісність сприймання, а тому керується суперечливими імпульсами та думками. Розглядається динаміка невротичного афекту на всіх стадіях парабіозу і трьох фазах ультрапарадоксального стану. Пояснюються причини заміщення базової емоційної амбівалентності іншими афективними реакціями. На класичному прикладі істеричної хвороби Анни О., описаному Й. Брейером, зіставляються психоаналітичний і фізіологічний підходи до тлумачення психотичної симптоматики пацієнтки. Моделюється послідовне розгортання психозу Анни О., виявляються етапи виникнення афектів, які маскують базову амбівалентність. Робиться висновок про те, що у психотерапії важливим є горизонтальний і вертикальний аналіз невротичних афектів. Горизонтальний аналіз афекту передбачає його вивчення з позиції паралельного збудженого та загальмованого центрів. Вертикальний аналіз невротичного афекту – це дослідження динаміки його збуджених центрів, які послідовно виявляються під час розгортання психологічної проблеми.
