The Division "Psychoanalytic Psychology and Psychotherapy" is a part of the National Psychological Association in Ukraine. All members of the division are psychologists by their basic education, who study, practice, and research psychoanalytic theory and practice.

The journal establishment was initiated by the Psychoanalytic Psychology and Psychotherapy Division of the National Psychological Association (protocol No. 2 dated 12.20.2020) and approved by the Council of the National Psychological Association (dated 23.02.2023).
