РОЗВИТОК ТЕОРІЇ ТРАВМИ В ПСИХОАНАЛІЗІ

Ця стаття є перекладом з англійської мови розділу з однойменною назвою, який був опублікований у книзі Вернера Болебера «Деструктивність, інтерсуб’єктивність і травма. Криза ідентичності сучасного психоаналізу» (2010, Лондон, Карнак, с. 75–100). У цьому розділі автор робить ґрунтовний науковий огляд розвитку різних теоретичних моделей травми, починаючи з психоекономічної моделі травми З. Фройда. Автор показує, як поступово у роботах О. Феніхеля та Ш. Ференці відбувається помітний перехід до моделі травми, побудованій на врахуванні обʼєктних стосунків. У 50-х роках ХХ століття із розвитком теорії обʼєктних стосунків розгляд травми поглиблює цю лінію. В наступних підрозділах автор розглядає внески окремих психоаналітичних розвідок у подальших розвиток розуміння травми, як-от: 1) оцінка наслідків сексуального насильства, особливо в дитячому віці; 2) особливості воєнних неврозів; 3) нове розуміння травматичного досвіду після Голокосту; 4) дослідження травматичних наслідків Другої світової війни. Автор також торкається проблеми концептуалізації поняття відновленої памʼяті про травматичну подію. Крім того, у статті наведено детальний огляд нових розробок у моделі травми, базованій на теорії обʼєктних стосунків, а також окреслено спроби інтеграції різних підходів до травми. Загалом, автор показує, що травма потребує врахування як психоекономічних, так і обʼєктно-стосункових аспектів. Психоекономічна модель на психічному рівні переживання підкреслює відчуття приголомшеності та надмірності насильства, тривоги і стимуляції, які неможливо психічно зв’язати, що може привести до внутрішньої капітуляції. Моделі теорії об’єктних стосунків, з фокусом на колапсі внутрішніх підтримуючих об’єктних стосунків, ставлять у центр уваги почуття цілковитої покинутості та розрив усіх афективних зв’язків і внутрішньої комунікації, внаслідок чого травма не може бути інтегрована за допомогою наративу.
